She joined in August 2024, after serving as CFO at ServiceRocket, where she led finance, accounting, and workforce planning. With over 20 years of experience across audit, tax, financial services, and operations, Joy has held key roles at Google, managing Alphabet’s financial data and partnerships, and BlackRock, leading financial instrument taxation. She holds a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State, a Master of Accountancy from Case Western Reserve, and dual bachelor’s degrees from Miami University of Ohio. Joy is also a private investor and advocate for women-led ventures.
Tanya Andreev

Julie was one of Abacum’s first employees, joining in June 2021, and currently serves as the Director of BizOps and Finance. With a strong background in finance, Julie spent a decade as an investor, banker, and consultant for tech and tech-enabled companies across the US and Europe before joining Abacum. She holds an Economics degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA from IESE Business School. Passionate about shaping the future, Julie thrives on collaborating with visionary entrepreneurs, investors, operators, and team members to build forward-thinking businesses.
